Alexander Kaplan brings decades of leadership in construction estimating, operations, and project planning. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Technology from  New York Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in Construction Management from New York University. His expertise spans conceptual and detailed estimating, trade coordination, value engineering, scheduling, and cost analysis for both new construction and renovation work.

JOSEPH CANGELOSI

Co-Founding Principal / Vice President / Chief Mechanical Electrical Estimator

With decades of experience in construction estimating and project leadership, Joseph Cangelosi brings specialized expertise in Mechanical and Electrical systems. With a Bachelors of Professional Studies (BPS) in Construction Management from Pratt Institute, he has played a key role in estimating and coordinating new construction and renovation projects, with a strong focus on cost analysis and current market research.
