Established in 1994, COST CONCEPTS INC. is a team of highly experienced construction and design professionals, producing precise cost estimates and providing cost control.

Our team comprises all construction disciplines – ARCHITECTURAL, STRUCTURAL, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL. The team includes members with backgrounds in architecture, engineering and construction management. This benefits the process of establishing precise cost of a project. We feel that during the design process and the construction of a project, our services are imperative in order to set a realistic budget. We then go on to control and maintain the BUDGET.

Our expertise is based on producing estimates for various types of projects, ranging from $100k – $750 million (please see our Related Project Lists).

In preparing estimates for more than 100 projects a year, we have worked on every imaginable type of project. Therefore, we assembled a great amount of information, based on years of estimating various types of projects. This information and current market cost trends serve as a basis for our in-house database which is updated daily. However, every estimate we produce is prepared “from scratch” and is tailored to the project and our client’s requirements.

We believe that this experience and our typically close working relationship with many Owners and A/E firms has greatly contributed to our cost estimates and the actual bids being extremely close.

We have performed our services for clients and projects on a local, statewide, national and international basis. Therefore, we feel comfortable in producing our services regardless of geographic locale of either the client or the project.

It starts with our principals, who are very hands-on, and it reverberates throughout the entire staff. Our principals are also the Project Managers, who will lead our assigned teams in order to generate the highest level of quality. It is not only important to assign enough manpower to a task, but also imperative to assign properly qualified personnel that can handle any Client specific needs.
